Convergys — Harassment

Convergys has a shift timing of 10hrs in which they have 30 mins pre and post shift buffer for cab reporting. There pick up was supposed to schedule 2hrs earlier which they have now made it 2:30 hrs before the actual reporting excluding the buffer time. Now because of heavy rainfall, any event and traffic they change pick up time 3 hrs before the reporting time which is totally a case of harassment. Does it justifies that after 10 hrs of shift we should have that buffer of so long when I have not counted drop timings. Giving 15 to 16 hrs isn't a harassment to employees. I wonder what type of job am doing leaving house at 9.00 in morning and coming back at 12 or sometimes 1:00 a.m in midnight.
