Am sharda prasad dubey I was working with Convergys gurgaon and had to resign on the spot with no notice period ahead a month due to real family realeted issues They asked me to pay a month of salary and I agreed but they said I would still not get a relieving letter or the experience letter with date of joining and date of relieving at all rather they will show it as job abandonment which is not at all accepted because any other employer will not count my experience and will not hire me just because of Convergys unauthorized and unethical practice with employees worked with company My date of resignation is 16th sep 2015 Employee ID[protected]
