Coolpad India — Coolpad note 3 battery problem | |||
Dear Company, I Purchased my Coolpad Note 3 Phone in April 08, 2016. i was in urgrnt need of phone and many of my friends suggested this phone. I was happy with the phone till last month. suddenly my phone started switching off around 24th August. i observed for two three days and i found that battery was bulged. I went to Customer Care Service Center in Coimbatore named "Cellotronix" Which is authorised service center for CoolPad. I Gave complaint on 27th August, 2016 for battery exchange as battery was "in Warranty". They told me that battery will be comiing on 10th September. On that day they Exceeded the time to 15th Sept. On 17th Sept. they are again telling that battery is still not here. "there is no stock." I don't Understand this first of all. even after three weeks how company doesn't provide battery? it is really frustrating to use the mobile now. now mobile is not working if it is not in charging mode. they refuse to provide another mobile for use so i didnt handed over the handset. I am in very urgent need of my mobile and service center people along with company are not reacting.
