Coolpad India — My phone is dead (in one month)

I brought my phone about 1 month and 22 days ago. My phone was heating so much. But yesterday it was hangup. After that it was shut down and now it is not starting. Now what can i do? If it happen now then whwt will happen feture time. And i have recomanded to my friends. And seven friends have buy this phone. If any problem happen to their phone then who will answer to them.
