Corsair — Faulty product not replaced under warranty

Corsair PSU which I bought was under warranty and is not functioning.

I have called costumer service but they are not attending the calls and I am.unable to replace my PSU.

You have to deliver the product by yourself to their service partners office.
And the process is go to their office, wait for 45-60 mins until the representative done scratching his belly, head and some random body parts then he'll start yawning, checking his fb on phone and acting like internet is effed up on the pc (Lol office is mumbai and have internet issues every-time, camon no one gonna buy that bs), then if you are lucky he'll collect your item then again he'll start the same time-pass, just stand there and watch his (I've proofs, even they have two cctv surveillance cams) and dont worry they'll replace the product for you and the expected time is just 15 to infinite days and no promises snitches
