[Resolved] mGinger Deals — payment deduction without confirmation of order | |||
hi, I ordered manicure deal at mginger deal.com which i didn't received at all. When i was worried as i didn't received my order after long time of order placement. details is as follows, I had placed 3 times the order of which two transactions failed and I got the acknowledgement too,but the acknowledgement for successful transaction i didn't get.I wrote this to [protected]@cc avenue.com and even acknowledgement of request receipt i didn't get.I too contacted mginger support team who asked for order id details which acknowledgement receipt i didn't receive at all else said will get the amount credited back to my bank account. this happened when i complained about this.As i don't want my money credited because it is inconvenient for me as i want my ordered product, else i would have purchased from other sites/shops. If the order is not confirmed one should not get the sms stating the money has deducted by company's name on registered mobile no by the bank which i got. another problem is how they will credit my amount as i had paid by debit card and that account has been closed recently by me. regards, ap Was this information helpful? | |||
