We have booked for 3 Revlon Touch & Glow Advanced Fairness Cream (75g) in Snapittoday and paid the amount of Rs 570 on 14-Apr-2013. The delivery didn't happen for more than a week so when i called the helpdesk the reply was that there was some problem with the courier and they are re-sending. The details of the courier etc were not shared. Even after two weeks the delivery didn't happen and during one of the call the helpdesk representative confirmed that they are out of stock and they don't have the product and recommended a refund of money.
Problem 1 : Money should not have been accepted if they are out of stock.
Not that there no time frame by when i can get these products, I have asked for a refund by mail on 26-Apr-2013. the same day I got a confirmation that the order was cancelled and the refund will happen in 5 - 6 working days.( Have E-mail for the same).
There was not refund credited to my account for more than a week. Then when i called helpdesk multiple times. They said it was processed and they send a confirmation and reference number generated by their system which states Refund processed on 07-May-2013 and gave me a reference number as well. But refund didn't happen in my bank account. When i called then again they asked me to confirm with my bank.
I raised a complaint with my bank and gave them the transaction details and the reference number which was provided. Bank confirmed that there was no such refund.
Problem 2: My money is also not refunded and product is also not delivered to me.
