Cosmic Group — COSMIC CRUISE FORFEITED MY BOOKING AMOUNT OF FIFTYFOUR THOUSAND RUPEES

I had booked a100 sq.ft Virtual office space in cosmic cruise knowledge park - v, noida project of cosmic group on 05 june 2014. Later after two weeks I requested them to cancel booking due to some financial problem. But they told me that booking can not be cancelled and if you will not pay the balance amount then you will have to forfeit booking amount of fifty four thousand rupees.Now on 16/03/2015 they have sent a cancellation letter to me stating that your booking amount has been forfeited. Can any body suggest the way to get my money back
