[Resolved]  Country Club — FAKE PROMISES.FRAUD COUNTRY CLUB

i m aged 30, resident at ghaziabad.on3rd aug 2013, i have a call that i m the lucky winner and i won the country club india 6days 7nights free vacation trip anywhere in india.to collect the same i should be present at their office in noida sector-18, centre stage mall with my wife on the same day itself.Accordingly we went and they told me to attent the session for 90min.finally they brainwashed by their fake promises and we purchased their club membership for 30years of 1, 20, 000/- and paid 50, 000/- cash and 70, 000/- through CREDIT CARD of citi bank.At the time of giving the session they told us that they will make EMI free of interest with citi bank.But they don't do so.So we have to make EMI with 12% interest by own.and they told us they will way off two annual maintenence charge of 6, 500/-paid every year when we go for the trip.now we are planning to go kerela and they want us to pay 4200/-for utility charge which is not applicable when we are going to country club resorts.there are many more fake promises which they have made at the time of session and when i call the sales person of that office they don't attend the call also.NOW I M GETTING FED UP OF THESE THINGS.I WANT TO CANCELL THIS MEMBERSHIP AND WANT TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
