Dear Sirs/Madam,

Ref: Our Membership No. CCPU40CDCLUB30LBU227
Happy Diwali.

At the outset, I and my wife, the undersigned herein, being utterly disgusted and annoying, pen down our grievances to you Mr. Reddy as hereunder:

1) Our Captioned membership has been upgraded to Chalo Dubai Membership (Club + 30 years, 6N 7D, Season Blue, Room Type: Studio, by paying Rs.1, 99, 000/-)

2) At the instance of your T. O. Manager, Mr. Firoz Momin, we upgraded our membership, upon Mr. Firoz Momin giving us a rosy picture that upgrading of membership have lot of advantages mainly being that Country Club is offering a Special Complimentary Voucher for accommodation of 3 Nights 4 Days with return Air fare for a couple to either Singapore or Dubai in lieu o[censored]pgrading our existing Billionaire Premium Membership. In fact, Mr. Firoz Momin coerced my wife in signing of the agreement and made me busy in making payment of Rs.1, 99, 000/- by Credit Card, despite the fact we told him that we do not have sufficient funds and give us a time of giving a thought about upgrading our membership.

3) You Mr. Reddy can readily say that I being an Advocate and my wife being a literate Special Educator can make such a mistake? Yes, who would not be allured by such a proposal, when Mr. Firoz Momin showed the advantages that we can cover our membership fees by making use of a complimentary voucher of a trip to Singapore which has free accommodation and free return air fare to Singapore plus free of AMC? Is it not lucrative?

But, the agreement was signed by my wife and upon reading the agreement dated 20/04/2016, after making full payment by Credit Card, Mr. Firoz Momin said that “he is there”, everything he will handle and see to it that we go to Singapore and recover our money by this complimentary voucher. Why, such a fake assurances?

4) So, in reality, we were fooled and bluffed by signing of the agreement. This is called a fraudulent transaction, a totally fraudulent transaction which consists of misrepresentation of facts to gullible and innocent person like us.

5) Ok. We accepted these facts as we had now no alternative, since full payment o[censored]pgrading our membership was made. We had no option but to rely on assurances of Mr. Firoz Momin.

6) Now, in the first week of August 2016, we rang up Mr. Firoz Momin that we would like to go to Singapore and he rang up your Desk Manager, Ms. Lavina to do the needful. We gave our dates and name of the person travelling i.e. We, the couple along with my daughter ‘Zahra’ and grandchild ‘Husain’ for which we agreed to pay for Air fare for my daughter and grandchild.

7) The booking was confirmed on 30th August, 2016 for our trip to Singapore for 3 Adults and one child below 5 years from 27th October to 30th October, 2016 and from 31st October to 1st November 2016 in Aqueen Hotel Paya Lebar, Singapore, inclusive of Breakfast. Since We extended our stay for further 2 Nights from 31st October to 1st November in the same Hotel, we have willingly paid for 2 additional Nights amounting to Rs.17, 000/- being the Hotel expenses for 2 Nights stay.

8) Now, the calamity starts from here. Firstly, we were asked to pay for extra bed charges for 5 Nights amounting to Rs.11, 502/ to your Company which we voluntary paid, despite our saying that we will pay for extra bed charges at the Aqueen Hotel in Singapore, and in spite of the fact that we have studio apartment in which 3 persons can easily be accommodated with a child below 5 years. However, we were completely shocked and surprised when we boarded in Aqueen Hotel Paya Lebar, Singapore, when the Hotel staff said that they have not received payment for extra bed charges from your Country Club. They told us to take up the matter directly with Country Club. Hence we had no option left, but to pay out Singapore Dollar 250/ for 5 Nights as extra bed charges. Upon taking up the matter by my Son in law with your Desk Manager, Ms. Lavina, at Koregoan Park, who was not bothered at all with our problem of financial crunch which we were facing and she was not even concerned of sending any e mail to Aqueen Hotel Paya Lebar, Singapore in this regard. Besides, another dreadful occurrence was that when the Hotel staff informed us that the breakfast is only for 2 persons and third one my daughter Zahra had to pay for the breakfast for which also we paid extra 18 Singapore Dollar each day.

9) Secondly, when we asked your Desk Manager, Ms. Lavina for our return Airfare payment, she went on giving us lame excuses and false assurances in spite of ours repeated telephonic talk and personal visits that our Company is a reputed one and our Company will make our return Airfare ticket payment very soon. We even spoke to your Mr. Paras who claimed to be an Executive, but of no avail. Now we have returned from our Singapore trip, but, till date, the return Airfare ticket payment has not yet been paid to us, in spite of the fact that before leaving for Singapore, we had personally visited your Desk Manager, Ms. Lavina and gave our account number and IFSC Code of the Bank to credit the Airfare ticket payment to our account.

10) All this shows the lethargy and fraudulent attitude of your T. O. Manager, Mr. Firoz Momin, your Desk Manager, Ms. Lavina, and your Claimed Executive Mr. Paras and not to forget Mr. Raghu who did not even care to pick up our calls at all. This ultimately proves the deficiency in service coupled with purely corrupt intentions by your Country Club Hospitality and Holidays Ltd.

11) Hence, by now you must have understood that we have all the probability of succeeding, if we opt to take legal action against your Company, but, before, we decide to take any precipitate legal action against your Company and your staff above named, we would like to settle and resolve the matter amicably, if you Mr. Reddy is ready and willing to cooperate with us and take speedy action in this regard.

12) Under the circumstances, we hereby call upon you Mr. Reddy to instruct your department concerned of Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Ltd. to pay us our return Airfare ticket amounting to Rs.45000/- as per clause 7 of the agreement dated 20/04/2016 entered into between us and your Company, plus the extra bed charges amounting to Rs.11, 502/ paid by us to your Company and collected by your Hyderabad office, (since, we had already paid to the Aqueen Hotel Paya Lebar the amount of Singapore Dollar 250/-) plus Singapore Dollar 18/ per day for 5 days = 90 Singapore Dollar which is equivalent to Rs.4500/- together with interest @18% p.a. from the date of booking till the date of payment within 15 days from the receipt of this letter.

Please take note that we are not claiming Rs.5, 00, 000/- being the mental torture and harassment which me and my family underwent for all this fraudulent activities by your Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Ltd. and the staff members Mr. Firoz Momin, Ms. Lavina, Mr. Paras and Mr. Raghu who were equally responsible in this deceitful activities.

13) We trust and hope that you will not constraint us to file any legal proceedings civil as well as criminal for deficiency in service by your Company and your staff named above for playing fraud and a cause of mental torture and agony which me and my wife and my family suffered because of harassment and sluggishness of the entire episode. Instead, we trust that a Good Counsel shall prevail upon you Mr. Reddy and you will inculcate your staff and department concerned to pay us the total amount of Rs.61, 002/ together with interest within the prescribed time in order to avoid any unpleasant situation to be faced by your Company and your staff above named in the Court of Law.

In addition to above points:
We are looking for to get support to plan our trip to Dubai and now this team is saying that International Trips are not included in your membership whereas at the time of purchase they mentioned that in next 10 years we can travel to any country to use their services.
Unfortunately the staff of this company is not up to the mark and they are not capable to handle customer query. On one of query i asked to provide me resolution of my probelm. Instead of problem this company asked me to pay my yearly AMC.
Esha from customer service, Nadeem and Tara Chand from their Rajouri Garden Delhi branch are of no use as they are just trying to give excuses. One would be fortunate enough to get through from this company's IVR and get a chance to talk to their rep. Its a feeling like that you have reached on Mars. You have try their numbers continuously for 3 to 4 hours to connect with their reps. Attached image has a some numbers provided to me by the branch owner of Rajouri Garden with the confidence that I should a resolution of my query from it and surprisingly these numbers are coming temporarily out of service.

My name is Gagan Ahuja, purchased CC membership (CCDL10V10LB2110). They are not providing services committed to me.
The Company has done a breach of conduct. Rajouri Garden Delhi staff Nadeem and Tara Chand is not aware about company's policy. Team has set some condition without my consent due to which they are not able to give results.
