Thank you so much for crediting Rs.45000/- being return airfare for my Singapore trip. I really appreciate that in this era also, the persons like you still exists who is just, equity and fare.

But, my complaint is partially resolved. You did not pay attention to para 8 of my letter of Appeal bearing No. SLM/786-110/CC/1, dated 07/11/2016 which is reproduced here under;

8) Now, the calamity starts from here. Firstly, we were asked to pay for extra bed charges for 5 Nights amounting to Rs.11, 502/ to your Company which we voluntary paid, despite our saying that we will pay for extra bed charges at the Aqueen Hotel in Singapore, and in spite of the fact that we have studio apartment in which 3 persons can easily be accommodated with a child below 5 years. However, we were completely shocked and surprised when we boarded in Aqueen Hotel Paya Lebar, Singapore, when the Hotel staff said that they have not received payment for extra bed charges from your Country Club. They told us to take up the matter directly with Country Club. Hence we had no option left, but to pay out Singapore Dollar 250/ for 5 Nights as extra bed charges. Upon taking up the matter by my Son in law with your Desk Manager, Ms. Lavina, at Koregoan Park, who was not bothered at all with our problem of financial crunch which we were facing and she was not even concerned of sending any e mail to Aqueen Hotel Paya Lebar, Singapore in this regard. Besides, another dreadful occurrence was that when the Hotel staff informed us that the breakfast is only for 2 persons and third one my daughter Zahra had to pay for the breakfast for which also we paid extra 18 Singapore Dollar each day.
You see Sir, that despite paying your Country Club Rs.11502/ which is payment towards extra bed charges, we had to pay in Singapore to Aqueen Hotel Paya Lebar, Singapore Dollar 250/ which is equivalent to Rs.12500/ approx. Since, we had to pay for extra bed charges to the Hotel, then, in that case, your Country Club is liable to refund and/or reimburse the amount of Rs.11502/ collected by them. Your desk Manager Ms. Laveena is aware of this issue, since, my son in law had a telephonic talk in this regard when we were feeling financial crunch in Singapore.

Hence, my earnest request is also to instruct your department concerned even to credit Rs.11502/ to my account, where your department concerned has deposited Rs.45000/-.

I hope that when the "elephant amount is paid then there is no hassle in paying the trunk amount'. Therefore, I trust that you will instruct your department concerned to refund/reimbursed immediately, the amount of Rs.11502/ by crediting my account and shall not constraint me unnecessarily to initiate legal proceedings Civil/Criminal and tarnish the image of your esteemed Company "County Club Hospitality and Holidays Ltd." and your employees/officers named in my appeal cum complaint.

I tell you, Sir, I am a middle class person (and not a big shot) who aspire for big dreams which can be fulfilled by your Country Club trip outside India.

Once again thank you for your quick response and trust you will also resolve this issues speedily being payment of Rs.11502/ for extra bed charges collected by your Company.
