Country Club India — Fraud case and want my money refund

On 27 feb 2015, received a call from country club executive chaitra, regarding free gift coupon during our shopping at total store, bangalore. We went to their office to collect our gift & free holiday package of 7 days, but before passing the gift they forced us to attend some seminar.in the seminar their executive accompanied us and started explaining about country vacation membership. Seminar hall was very congested and music was on. They started asking very personal question and on objection they replied that such discussion is just a part of their seminar. There they fascinated us and offered the membership of country vacation. The offer included:
1-7 days and 6-night hotel accommodation.
2-lifetime club membership.
3-holiday across the globe.
4-function hall booking.
5-rent and sell out of membership to anyone.
6-0% interest rate on emi.
7-family insurance for 6 lac.
8-30 spa coupons.
9-free gym usage for lifetime

For the above-mentioned offer they charged us an amount of rs 101000. On denying this offer they give extra 3 year 6n / 7d holiday also 2n/ 3d stay in their club all over globe. They didn't given time to think and forced us to give instant answer. Meanwhile they initiated the agreement procedure and asked for my credit card and they did the transaction while the discussion was on. On disagreeing, executive and manager mr bikram jit singh tried convincing for the an amount of rs 101500 (Rs 5611*18) 18 months emi and persuaded us to avail the service and when desired they will help us out for rent or sellout. Left nowhere unwillingly did a transaction for the closure and signed the document. On confirmation, they didn't comment anything about the other services in the legal document. On verification came to know about the company and how many fraud has been done to their customer. No time has been given us to think about this membership.
After surveying we find no hdfc 6 lac insurance, spa coupons is only for 1 year, no extra 3 years package, no 2n/ 3d holiday. No free gym for life time, rooms are of rs 700, amc fees every year rs 8500.
They all are frauds and make customers fool.
Please help me, i want my money refund.
