Country club representative (Mr. Ankush & sobha-chandigarh sec-8) making false commitment at the timing of joining the new member in 20th oct'2013
False commitment:
1) as per country club gym instructor: children's are not allowed in sec-8 chandigarh gym but country club representative told me children's are allowed and can do running, cycling etc. Exercises.
2) whenever i called for hotel booking, i got
Response from customer care representative either it was full
Or country vacation property was not available in that place.
3) as per country club representative, country
Vacation was going to open a gym in mohali in feb month2014 (Near my office) but till date there is no gym.
4) i got a call on dec. 2013 from country
Vacation chandigarh and said that you are invited
With family for new year celebration and we are going
To send you invitation cards for new year celebration
Please come with invitation cards but i have not received the card &
When i called back, no proper response was given by country
Chandigarh. I have not used any service
Against member ship cards because of above mentioned
Reasons. So i want my money back with interest.
I called so many time on mentioned nos.[protected], [protected], and visited countryvacation chandigarh 15-20 times and meet mr. Srimoy banergy.& also write a mail to:[protected]@countryvacationsmail.com,
[protected]@countryvacationsmail.com. But no response received.
Now my father and mother are sick and they are totally dependent on me and no chance to take further any service and also facing financial problems.
I have paid rs 79000 for the country club membership
