Country Club India — Misguidance and no refund of extra payment on credit charges | |||||
Extremely disappointed and harassed by country club staff.I have taken membership of 5 yrs and gave Rs 70000 thorough credit card for which Rs 18000 i have been charged extra and committed to be refunded by Sr Executive Mr Akshit. He asked for the bank statment and promised to the get the refund initiated in 1 month in the form of cheque but its been 6 months now no refund iniated and he stopped taking calls too. Also my membership is for 5 ys and they have wrongly input the details for 10 ys due to which daily i am getting harassing calls from them to give balance due amount as per them for rs 45000. i had talk to Mr akshit several times to update and coorect my information but till date nothing has been done. i am cheated by country club people ang being harassed everyday by thier calls. help me ro get my refund back and account updation .
