[Resolved]  Country Club India — Refund life membership fee due to closure of club

I had taken life membership with confirmation letter no. 007817 and paid Rs. 35000/- on 24/09/08 thru re. no. 2158. for Jaipur Club. But there is no club in Jaipur Now. I am forwarding mail communication with Jaipur Club officer Mr. Nishant Ranjain. Refund our amount with interest till date. They have told us for renovation of complete club ie. Big summing pool, New Gym and Health club ( Sona, zacugi etc. ) in month's time Now I have come to know your company is planning to shift the club to another place and I am not interest to go any ware because current club is near to my residence. On my recommendation 3 more memberships are taken by my friends ( Mr. Rakesh Jain -1, Mr. Rakesh – 2 and Mr. Ravi Jain ) all 3 are on same my lines.
