[Resolved] Country Club — Room Reservation | |||
I had a room Reservation on 01/03/2015, in Amrutha castle Hyderabd. One Mr. Suresh who is their in reception he asked for aid proof Myself and my wife submitted id proof he refuse to take that and he was telling their is no address matching and he spoke valogerlly language to my wife and he refuse to give in writing that address is not matching so iam not proving their a room and he started scolding my wife as [censored] and he used all 3rd class language with me Mr.suresh. so please do needful action and if not please cancel my membership and give back my money.I didnot Excpect this from country club. please look into the matter it is seriou iam going to take legal action if not solved.this on country clube Was this information helpful? | |||
