Coverfox — Service is worst | |||
Coverfox, i am really disappointed with the service received by your company. This is the worst service i had ever received. We bought car policy for our new car from coverfox in 2016 to cover period from jan 2016 to jan 2017. But a big blunder done by your associates. He/she put dates as[protected] to[protected]. Have you ever heard anyone can take policy for next year? Now we are continuously chasing but we are not getting reply at all. I have dropped 3-4 mails till now, called 5-6 times but no reply at all. This is ridiculous. Do you have any idea we are driving car without insurance? It's a big risk. If you really care for your customer then do something. Was this information helpful? | |||

After posting on social media we got call from Coverfox associate. Now again cheating from their isside. They are saying we will do inspection of your car first to change dates in your policy. Can you let me know what is relation of this ? You people first made mistake and now you make sure that we cannot claim. Is this fair? It's a cheating.
