I had booked family package to Andaman and paid full amount in advance as discussed while enquery/confirming the tour. However on receipt of teckets it found that we have to pay additional mandatory gala dinner charges to hotel. They did not allow us to check in to the hotel till they squeezed the additional 10, 000/- for dinner for 3+1 family. The made us to sit in the lobby till the amount is paid. The local face of the Cox and Kings were neither responsible nor their head office officers. every one was forcing us to pay additional charges after reaching the Hotel. It is surprising how dinner charges can be made as mandatory beyond Tour charges which is including break fast, lunch and dinner. Virtually cox and Kings blackmail the tourists in the last moment and spoil the tour mode of their customers. in total Cox and kings are in efficient and blackmailers, Venugopal Was this information helpful? | |||
