[Resolved]  Cox And Kings — Complaint against Mr.Vishwas from Nagpur office

Mr. Peter Kerkar (MD & CEO) I hereby want to lodge a formal complaint on behalf of your Nagpur (India) branch wherein my elderly parents were duped with a completely wrong itenary & moreover gave the details at 11 pm in the night for next day departure which resulted into my parents missing the flight, on account my questioning Mr.Vishwas who is working there said I will redo the ticket & for which they have to pay extra, leave alone admitting the complaint, hence my parents were duped in excess of Rs.20000 because of the negligence of Mr.vishwas & cox & kings who should have handled it better. I only want to communicate one thing, is there a way to lodge a formal complaint against any employee within the company or I should take the consumer court route as this was a pathetic behaviour displayed by them.
