Last week i along with my family came back from Egypt tour which i had taken from Cox & Kings.
Very clearly, travellers satisfaction was the last priority.
Reasons:
1 - Imagine you getting booked on a 5.45 AM flight inspite of having choices of 9 AM or noon flight. This was 31st Dec night. We returned to hotel @midnight, checked out @2.30 AM. After reaching destination @Cruise, we were made to wait for a room allotment till 12 Noon. No one even cared to ask us for a Tea or any other help. The most horrible way to start the New Year ... disgusting
2 - The original Itinerary was for MS Mirage cruise which they changed to a different cruise at the last moment. Though they claim it was premium but only for name sake... Later on came to know that MS Mirage cruise was not functioning around 3 to 4 days back... Liars. Want to sue them for this act too.
I would never recommend Cox & Kings to any one.
Such a big brand & surprised to see such practices & ethics being followed.
