[Resolved] Cox And Kings — Unprofessional tour manager - worst experience of my parents 70 years age | |||
Worst experience with cox and kings after paying rs 2.5 lacs per person for europe tour (8th may to 22nd may 2016). Most unprofessional tour manager, who left the group on 2nd last day and the group was left to the mercy of coach driver for disneyland paris. Only 2.5 hrs given for disney land paris and my aged parents survived with no lunch inspite of bp and diabties!!! Tour manager was interested only in shopping as he got commissions from the shopping and was always ready to change itinerary for shopping!! Tour manager was a lier - he used to lie about distances to remove itinerary items. Horrifying experience of my parents who are 70 years of age with cox and kings. At the end no pickup was arranged by cox and kings from mumbai airport to pune and parents were forced to hire their own cab. Never ever cox and kings... Kesari experience is 100% professional.
