[Resolved] Cox And Kings — worst customer service | |||
Dear Cox and Kings Team I am feeling very disappointed to tell that the customer service is worst. It is very unfortunate to tell you that your team is very rude. I do take regular packages, I took one china package last year and I have visited your Greater Noida office today to know about the Malaysia- Singapore package. Your person was not available at office, I called him and I have just asked your person Mr. Nischal ( Mob:[protected] that who is running this branch, he suddenly started shouting and abusing me on phone (because he was not available in that branch). Is this the way how they deal with the customer. Please don't take packgaes from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
