[Resolved]  Cox & Kings Global Services Pvt — Unreliable claims on their website for return of passports with VISA

This company claims that the turn around for documents is from 3 to 5 days on their website. Our passports arrived at the Indian Embassy through this company on December 17 2014 and never returned by the 29th causing us to miss our flight and scheduled investment for visiting India. We had scheduled flights from our home on Oahu Hawaii to India. We have had to cancel flights, hotels and tours. The company further claims no responsibility blatantly covering themselves on their website while all the while claiming to be the exclusive company that deals with the Indian Consulate.
