[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — Booking of tour | |||
I have booked two travelers for Fusion Europe and paid the booking amount of Rs 85, 000 on 18.08.2016. One of the traveler has got ill due to cardiac problem and was advised not to undertake journey . Immediately booking was cancelled on 28.08.2016 together all medical reports. Cox & Kings told that cancellation was on account of medical ground full amount would be refunded . Now all of a sudden they have changed the track and and telling that you claim the refund from underwriter .
