[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — Indian visa | |||||
I have been without my passport for 30 days. I submitted an application through cox and kings and they have lost it completely. When i receive an email update, it is indecipherable. Calls to their call center are on hold for 1 hour plus and then they request that i wait for a resolution for 24/48 hours. Every person i speak to tells me a different story and no one knows where my application is A formal investigation of their practices should be undertaken before more passports are lost (Or stolen.)
