Hi I have booked for a Bhutan tour based on itenary provided by your office and booked flight tickets on my own to match the schedule, to my surprise after i paid booking amount the itenary is changed and excluding important places to see, when i complain i am being told u can get the booking amount back and since flight tickets i have booked its my problem, so unprofessional and unethical behavior and customer high handleness is highly regretted.
