I joined as Legal Assistant Gr.II in the Secretariat, Law Department of Kerala Govt, on 06/03/2014. I applied for PRAN in the month of April, 2014. Subsequently I joined Kerala Administrative Tribunal Additional Bench, Ernakulam, . My PRAN Kit was issued on 2nd June, 2014 but my mobile number was wrong. So I did not get any information about this. Later on further enquiry I understood the mistake and started payment only on January, 2015. I filed Form S2 and submitted before D.T.O, Ernakulam but there is no response. Hence, I register a complaint for correcting my mobile Number as [protected]. My nominee details was furnished earlier but not seen entered. So kindly do the needful at the earliest.
