Cra Nsdl (Central Record Keeping Agency) — Difference in Name and PRAN number

Iam an employee of Postal Department in Kerala. My PRAN number was[protected] from the beginning and upto[protected]. But from[protected] onwards statement issued by NSDL (NATIONAL PENSION SYSTEM) shows that the name of person is Chellappan KP and PRAN number is[protected]. Why the name and PRAN number is different from earlier name and number? Similarly status shown in earlier statement IRA compliant and NON IRA compliant in later statement. Further when I try to get a copy of statement by apply password is issued by NSDL, is not accepting by computer.
