hi sir i am dr rupesh working as specialist anaesthesia in ddu hospital gnct hari nagar new delhi pin. 110064.i had applied for PRAN through proper channel 4 months ago. i received your mail and sms regarding my PRAN no[protected] and PRAN kit on 4th march 2015 but as our hospital's dealing PAO office address has been changed from mayapuri DTC bus depot, new delhi to PAO[no. XX], govt.NCT, GBSSS-1, rajouri garden extension, new delhi.so my PRAN kit reverted back to NSDL-CRA, mumbai. so kindly redispatch my PRAN kit to my home address (dr.rupesh yadav, WZ-37B, first floor, gate no.4, janak park, hari nagar, new delhi, mob.no.
