I ordered a sari but I ended up getting a dress material that too after 10 days which was really shocking. This is something which has never happened to me as I do a lot of shopping online. I contacted the customer care and they asked me to return the product and the worst part is company is not responsible for picking up the product due to which I had to courier myself bearing extra courier charges which is extremely not supportive. From january 4th 2016 they kept 3 dresses for 99, 149 and 199 rupees. I booked all these three. On next day 5th january 2016 they kept another 8 dresses for each for 99 rupees. Again on 6th january they increased this count to 16 dresses. I booked 7 dresses day by day. Shipment #[protected] for Transaction #[protected] I Placed an Order with Crafts villa on 6-Nov-15 for 5 necklace sets. The Seller "ENTERCART" shipped this on 6-Nov-15 via DTDC courier and it reached Hyd on 8-Nov-15 and from then it kept on moving from one place to another in Hyderabad. Hi, On December 20, 2015, I placed order #[protected] for total amount of Rd. 2218.00. The said amount was debited from my credit card, however the order was not placed. I even received a mail from customer [protected]@craftsvilla.com explaining that your credit card payment has failed to clear the payment gateway. Please credit this amount back to my credit card account. The screenshot for the amount debited is attached herewith....

I have got a defective dress material. The colour of shirt piece is black in colour and i got d dupatta in blue velvet...so i request u to replace dat dress material with new one in black colour...

The order which was made and the order which i received is totally different and even not worth it the refund policy is very poor and risky. There is top to bottom difference in the material color, quality and few more i want someone to come and pick the dress from my place we buy online because we dont have time and this return policy makes us going to post and other office and long process...
