CraftsVilla.com — Amt deducted from bank but no transaction failed shown

Hi,
I had ordered for a toe ring toe rings sku :mchec[protected]
An amt of rs 199 is deducted from my account but after that it said transaction failed. Why is so.So basically amt is deducted and i haven't received any confirmation on my product purchased. What do i do to get my amt refunded or to get that toe ring delivered to my postal address.
