[Resolved]  CraftsVilla.com — Bad quality product delivery / products with defect and made up from bad material

I have purchased three Items from craftsvilla.com site but unfortunately 2 of them dis satisfied me and I want to return due to dissatisfaction. I called to customer care number and got numbers of seller and had chat with one of them ( metroz - [protected]) he is agreed to take it back but he told me to mail you first and asked me to take return address for this product (bollywood sarees Madhuri dixit in yello green) Order id[protected] I had several chat with the Vendor he was agree to take it back but craftsvilla.com refused to take it back.( I received a mail regarding to this) 2nd product is 101 designer blue & pink exclusive pink queen lehenga from vendor Ebuykart surat phone no - [protected]. This lehenga having stapled at many places insteed of stitching. I want to return it. I Called this number but continuously its status is "out of range" what to do now. Order id[protected] I Called craftsvilla.com and requested to return but they told me to wait as they will ask the vendor and today they mailed me that they will not accept those products. by this worst ever purchase I am feeling cheated.(by Rs. 5000 aprox) Please help me.
