Ya you people can only reply on the mails, it's nt only abt me.Everytym some or the other person shops at craftsvilla, gets disappointed nd post a complain and dn u ppl gv a reply to the mail. Inspite of replying simply to the complaints do something good and improve ur products quality and plsss show the same thing wat u going to deliver.That wud hlp u to improve ur v and value rather dn replying.

What u ppl wil do by reply on our mauls. U r not evn hvng a reverse pick up. Learn something from myntra and jabbing.
