Regarding refund of order id[protected],[protected]

its been 2 months now that i asked for refund since i didn't receive my products but it is of no use.

crafts villa employees are not getting salary so they are after customers money.

I wonder whether monica Gupta and manoj gupta are really looking into customers satisfaction or not ?

how come these people are surviving. ??

its a money oriented company .
