CraftsVilla.com — Money not refunded back even the product was returned back on time

Sir/mam I ordered a dress from craftsvilla on aug 30 and I received it on 5 sep. I returned it back on 8 sep and on 11 sept. I emailed my bank account details to customer care for the refund of my money.but it has been more than 20 days they have not refunded any amount .they are neither receiving calls nor they have replied to my email after 21 sept.When I opened my user account at craftsvilla help desk a message was flashing everytime that your file has been closed. I managed to contact them through their seller department .yesterday they replied they have refunded amount on 8 sept .but as I wrote earlier I have sent them details on 11.now on 30 sept. When I called them they are saying we have refunded on 21 sept. But as you can check from one of the snapshot rupees 2600 is no where credited in my account. I am a college student and this much amount of money matters to me a lot. They are only misguiding and misbehaving.
