I had placed an order on 7th july with craftsvilla for a blue and white anarkali suit costing Rs 1599/-. The shop's name is beauty bollywood. Till date I have not received the parcel.The payment has been done through credit card. I have already made a complaint with customer care through e-mail. But no response on what is the progress. What is the next step? Do I get back my cash? This is the first time I have not received an item ordered through online shopping. I live in Chennai and my contact no is [protected]. My email is [protected]@yahoo.co.in I really dont think a national delivery should take so long. some fraudsters are using my personal information to get information on my personal details. how can I remove my complaint? Even if I dont get my cash back I dont care but I do not want to fall a victim of fraudsters on the net. Your consumer complaints forum doesn't seem a safe site. I am getting calls from unknown people.

i purchased the FANCY & EXCLUSIVE GRAY AND BLACK PARTY WEAR SALWAR SUIT but its not upto mark which i have seen online so now when i want to return the dress material cratfswilla team mailed me to courier the product.my query is why should i courier you the dress u took delivery charges of Rs 100/- at the time of delivery so send your boy to collect it.why again i spend Rs 100 for courier.these type of service is not acceptable.
