CraftsVilla.com — Not refunding money

I had placed order with Craftsvilla for a dress material, I received the order but dress quality was very poor so i asked them to return it, As per their return policy, THEY DO NOT ARRANGE RETURN PICKUP and customer needs to return it, later they provide coupon for that money.As i stay in Maharashtra I spend 370 rs in order to courier that dress to Gujrat.They received the product safely but they refused to make back my money which i had spent, I also send them my courier payment receipt. But they are ready to provide only vouchers for 200 Rs which i need to use for shopping on their site.But after my bad experience I do not want to shop anything from this site, also I want 370 Rs refund. This site is a big cheat, they are fooling people, they do not have proper customer care support.No return /refund handled properly, Had to follow up several times for this small amount.Hence I am logging this complaint.
