I had placed an order of 4 suits with you 2 MONTHS ago, my shipment number is[protected] and transaction number is[protected] and you have FAILED to deliver it. This order holds an advance payment of Rs 4396 which I now want REFUNDED. I have emailed to you before but there has been NO RESPONSE from your side. When I search the tracking number provided by you on the dtdc wed site, it shows that this order has been delivered in chennai but the order CONTENT is NOT the SAME. I have also spoken to the vendor who had to supply these products to me but no positive response from them either.
Please REFUND my money or I will now take a LEGAL ACTION against you.

I ordered a suit on 8th march, 2015. I've received it yet. Now they ask me cancel the order from their website which is not possible. It says CANNOT BE CANCELLED. and then will not refund but issue a voucher instead.
