CraftsVilla.com — payment done but order not placed

I purchased a Product from Craftsvilla Amounting total 1349/-
Payment transaction completed and recieved meaasge from my bank that amount has been paid but craftvilla is sending me message that payment is still pending and when i check my account in craftvilla its stil showing payment pending no order is placed till now.
i also messaged customer care and in reply i got this computer generated message

asking to view the status of ticket but when i open the link i cannot login as i m using same ID and Password
Solution to me is to send me confirmation message and deliver that product on said time or refund my entire amount as soon as possible
