Hi team,
I had ordered 2 items :
Maroon kurta with floral plazo : rs1, 149
Blue green salwar suit : rs940

The payment was done online on 14th of july 2016 and i got the confirmation message that the order has been delivered on 19th july 2016.

It really disappointed me when i got to know that only one product out of 2 got delivered to my relatives. And above that the delivery boy asked them to pay the amount rs950/- for blue green salwar suit, without asking them to pen down their signatures as a proof while handling over the product.

Please provide the refund for the product as soon as possible.
Refund amount :
Unnecessary payment to delivery boy : rs.950/-
And either deliver the 2nd item or refund the total amount i. E : rs2089

As per showing of online picture of Mahi Pink Sallawar i order the product after 15 days I also received the product but the Picture and product are not same . what is this ? as per picture embotary work of this product is available in back side but as per received the product it is not available why?

Hi craftsvilla dis is asma anjum I returned my two dresses wich cost rs 2400 nd I didn't get my money back iwant to refund my money and I provided my bank aacounts and all d details wich was needed pls transfer my money as fast as possible rs 2400 is d amount thankyou
