Hi.. i have ordered a fabric from crafts villa with an order no[protected]. But on receiving the i did not like the quality of the fabric as it does not comply with the description at all. So i raised the complaint on the same day but no body replied to my emails and i have been calling there customer care from last one week but getting busy tone. I want my money back, please help me out. Worst website for online shopping Thanks...

Dear sir/madam i was ordered a cream coloured anarkali suit on14 th June 15 by RS.900/-.your dress images on website is different and actual material is different.in details there is cheap quality material is recived worst material.& i m not received a stiched suit also there is only unstiched materialr material, and the duppatta also in a very bad shape.even the colour is very different.really i m so disappointed with this.now i want refund for this dress.Shipment #[protected].
