I had purchased a anarkali suit craftsvilla by paying Rs. 3600 (shipping charges). My order no. is[protected]. Track number is [protected].But I did not like the anarkali, its quality and finish is very bad. So i want to return it and i want my refund amount immediately. I have tried calling them many time on their customer care no. [protected] but line are always busy. I also sent my compliant by mail on [protected]@craftsvilla.com but there is no response. There is not even an acknowledgement for my complaint. I am very disappointed with this website. I trusted them and they have cheated me.
