Hi this is Shabnam Sharief I have ordered 2 similar sarees of Priyanka Chopra from vendor Mangalam sarees but the material of the sarees was not as shown in the image so I couriered it with Aramex courier service my order number was[protected] and[protected] and they confirmed that they have recieved the sarees tracking number was [protected] I have mailed this to custormer care that vendor have recived the sarees so please return back the money but they are not replying my mail neither call is getting connected I want my 4000 rs back please help me for getting my money back it is a request Was this information helpful? | |

My sel[censored]rvashi sharma.I order total 9 product out of which two product didnt found match so I returned it directly to seller after concern with customer care and seller also.seller get their product and I given my bank detail but didnt get any information related to refund..again i am giving bank details through which you people refund fast..

I have purchased one dress material from crafts villa on May 20th . Shipment #[protected] for Transaction #[protected]. The dress cost is INR 970 and they asked hundred rupees for delivery chages. Total I paid INR 1070 on the same day by NEFT. They have sent that dress to me, that was damaged. I have returned that dress and courier charges INR 135 also paid y me. Have proof with me for the same. The dress reached to the seller on 4th June.
Now they are not refunding my money back. They sent mail that we will be refunding INR 1070 to me.Now i have followed up with them. they said we already paid on 8th June, still no money came in my account. Giving some fake proofs also for the same.
Now when i am trying to contact them no body responding on call as well on mail.

I have cancelled the order #[protected] last 28 days ago and reqested to refund the money in my account.i got a mail that money is refunded in my account but when i have checked in my account there was no refund done.so refund the money in my account as soon as possible.
I have paid two times for one order.please look this. First time by net banking and second by debit card.order is one suit of 1399.
