Dear Sir, I have ordered one dress online. Order no[protected]. I wanted to return the dress, so I emailed them regarding the same. They provided me with the address to return. I have sent the dress on the said address via professional courier POD no[protected]. The said shipment was return with the reason as consignee shifted. From that date I have been following up with craftsvilla customer care via email for new address. Its been a month they have not provided with me a new address or refunded my money back. They are giving me stupid replies like send your package to given address and give us the POD no. Just tell me, how I am supposed to send the dress return if the given address is wrong. This dumb people doesn't understand this. I have tried to contact them on customer care number [protected] which is always busy. I am tired and very irrate with the kind of service and response received from them. Even for my last email sent on 18.02.15 no reply received till date.
