I hv purchased a kurti from your site and the size is overlarge so i want to return and refund my cash. but you are not refunding me by saying that it is non refundable just beacuse of its size. in case if yr product was torn or any other problem was there then what would you do? again you wont refund???? in my opinion CRAFTVILLA is not working well. you should improve yr policy in case of refunding otherwise yr craftvilla will destroy completely. please dont order any thing in craftvilla. because it is the fake one. it will give cheap quality for more amount. it is cheating the customer. so please see the reviews and dont order to this site. i will give this message in social website. so most of the people can no this message. i will also allert the police people and file the complaint. and also will put a case in consumer complaint.
