i have ordered an anarkali for rs 4549from craftsvilla with an order no[protected]. after receiving i din'tt like the quality as it does not comply with the description at all. So i raised the complaint on the same day but no body replied to my emails and i have been calling there customer care from last one week but getting busy tone.
