I am having a very poor experience with Craftsvilla. Is it been over 3 week since I raised a return request on July 8.. From this point I only get emails about the pickup, they have accepted the return but communication is pathetic and the pickup is not arranged. Which is holding my refund. Even the process for returning the product is complicated.. Firstly they dont have any option to directly place this request on website.. We have to send details over email for cancellation and return. Secondly, they ask for order screen shot and later they misplace the communication with some other order number and customer is left is chasing them and followup for order return.
