Crc Bus Service Kumbakonam — Charge extra fare and bad services

Sir,

Today (17/04/2016) i came to kumbakonam bus stand to my son to chennai. he have travelled from KUMBAKONAM to Chennai in the kumbakonam bus depot TNSTC bus. They are charged ₹ 200/- extra money and the same villupuram depot from kumbakonam to chennai they charge ₹175/- only why this different. I asked bus conductor he told me that private buses charging ₹ 400/- why we not charge ₹200/- ok who told you to charge extra fare. He told me you go and ask our officer they told me to charge extra. I went to CRC office but nobody there. So i went CRC CO officer I ask him same question he told me it is SPL bus three seater bus we are coming empty from Chennai. I why? you are send the SPL bus. Don't send if you loss. He why you are traveling? Sir I don't know government bus is public service but he ask me why you are traveling. Then I ask him his name and his ID. But he refused. He told go and ask my officer I said nobody there. He told complaint tomorrow OK if I want to complaint about this I your name and ID he refused again. So I decided to take a video him and others suddenly that CO using bad words and took my mobile. Then i said i am not shoot the video and leave that place Why this happened if they honest. All government bus service but fare is different between depot why? Where is justice ? How same distance travelling bus services one get gain one getting loss how? What is the difference between government and private service. For like this reason.That is why the people are not preferring Govt. buses.
HOW IS THIS GOVT ORGANISATION WORKING ??????????????
