sir, I made a payment of Rs3275/- to simplymarry.com on 6/12/2013 at18:42;10 through internet banking from Panjab National Bank A/c number [protected].I received sms from bank for payment of Rs 3275/ and the amount was deducted from my account.
But the recipient said that they have not received the amount, on making complaint the party and the cust.care of pnb said to wait for one month and the amount will be reverted back automatically.
After passage of one month the amount was not refunded in to my account.Since then I have requested to each, the pnb branch do not receive the phone, the toll free number of pnb do not respond the tolled number of pnb receives the complain but no solution since for last two months.
I am putting this complaint once again to you on advise of the cust. care of pnb.
Hope you will hear me against bill desk and the Punjab National Bank.
