Standard Chartered Bank — Issuing card without any document

Hi, I got a call from Standard Charter phone number [protected] at 10:56 AM, 19 July 2013. Representative insisted me to take a free card but when I refused to take it, he told me that card is already issued to you and it will charge you Rs 5000 annually and dropped off. I tried calling back to same number many time but he didn't replied. I also launched a online complain to bank, but didn't got any reference number against my complain. So I assume they are not going to take any action against it.
I would add here that I have never shared any document to bank although I am getting regular calls from this bank for a few months. Please suggest me.

I got a sms from Standard Charted for payment of Card which I do not own.

My name is Shubham Ghosh, a professional in Bangalore. Today, a call came from Kolkata (no.[protected], West Bengal, and a man, who claimed to be calling on behalf of the Standard Chartered Bank, called me up and wanted my father's number to contact him for failing to pay the bank's money that he had taken through credit card/loan. When I told I didn't have his number, this man started abusing me in filthy language. He even started abusing my father-in-law and threatened to see me. I have no idea about what my father taking money from the bank and also don't have his number because of personal reasons. How can the bank abuse me in such a case?

I would like you to address this issue.
